The charges are at a weekly rate and include rental of the whole house, including electricity, heating, etc.:
High season- May- September- €600 per week.
Low season- October- April- €350- 450 per week*.
Daily / Weekend rentals are available (usually low season only) at: €100.00 per day (incl. laundry /cleaning)
Fees must be paid in advance. * range allows for Easter and special weeks. For ease and comfort, the house has most standard supplies and even a bottle of wine or two- all to be used on a trusted 'use and replace' basis.

Service charges:
Cleaning and laundry is NOT included in the rental price but paid locally at €50.00 per session / per week.

Deposit of 50% required to confirm /reserve booking. Note: 25% deposit returnable if booking is cancelled over 2 months prior to stay. Deposit is non-returnable if cancellation is within 2 months of the date of stay.
Key deposit of €100.00 to be paid  and held until end of rental period
and used against breakages or loss.
Guests are advised to have their own beach /outside towles, personal and travel insurance
in place prior to your visit
